We get up in the morning for a sustainable world for children, teenagers and young adults.

To this end, we primarily support parents and educators in helping young people to develop an attitude and personality, acquire knowledge about the digitalized world and stand up for themselves and others.

We do this so that young people can use digital communication safely, responsibly and competently.

Digital media are neither good nor bad - what matters is how we use them. We at Digitale Helden gGmbH have therefore made it our mission to empower young people to navigate the digital world safely, responsibly and empathetically. To this end, we offer online courses and webinars on media education topics such as hate speech, conspiracy narratives and disinformation or cyberbullying to support parents and educators in guiding young people. In our free advice service, we help teachers to create protection concepts for their school and advise on cases of digital violence. With the mentoring program, we rely on the power of peer education: we train pupils in grades 8-10 to become digital heroes who pass on their knowledge to younger pupils.
